How soon can I expect my shipment?

 

We will make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We will contact you within 3-5 days if items are not in stock or if for any reason it is not reasonable for you to expect your order within 10-14 business days.

What is the return policy at Tent the Shop?

 

Tent the Shop accepts returns within 30 days of receipt in original packaging for store credit only. Your return must be accompanied by your receipt. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Your return needs to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to Tent. What should I do if my merchandise arrives damaged?

 

Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and save the packaging. Tent the Shop needs photos of packaging to be emailed to info@tenttheshop.com if anything has been damaged, so please inspect your shipment upon arrival.  

 

Do you carry additional items in store, not represented on the website?
